Public Record Policy
Logan Township follows a strict Public Records Policy to assure compliance with Act 3 of 2008, The Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, as amended; to provide access to public records of Logan Township; to preserve the integrity of the Township’s records; and to minimize the financial impact of the residents regarding the resources utilized in the receipt and processing of public record request.
Process to Request an Open Record
If you would like to make a request for a copy of an Open Record follow these steps:
1. Complete the required Open Records Request Form
2. You then can email, fax or send to the Right to Know Officer:
Process to Request a Crash Report
Accident reports are available at the Police Department from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, by email, or by fax (814) 949-3351. Please call us at (814) 949-3364 prior to coming to get the report to verify that the report has been completed and is available. Most crash reports will be available within 15 days of the crash. Please provide an incident number or crash date, if available. There is a $15 fee for copies of the report, payable by cash or check.
