The Board of Supervisors, as the governing body, is comprised of five members elected at large by the residents of Logan Township.

The Board of Supervisors is the policy-making body and is responsible for setting tax rates, approving an annual budget, and enacting ordinances to carry out policy. 

In addition, the Board of Supervisors appoints the members of the Township's various boards and commissions.

The Board meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 6pm in the main meeting room of the Logan Township Building at 100 Chief Logan Circle, Altoona, PA  16602
